Sunderland AFC — 2026/27 Third Kit Campaign

I worked as Gaffer on Sunderland AFC’s 2026/27 third kit campaign, created to launch the club’s new third kit and celebrate Sunderland’s historic connection to the glassmaking industry.

Working closely with the cinematography team, I helped execute the lighting setups across the production, managing the lighting department and adapting setups to suit the requirements of each scene and location.

The shoot required a considered and efficient approach to lighting within a commercial production environment, working alongside the wider crew to maintain the intended look throughout the campaign while responding to the changing needs of the shoot.

This was a valuable opportunity to contribute to a high-profile sports commercial for Sunderland AFC, working as part of a professional production team and delivering the lighting required to support the campaign's visual direction.
